Colin Van Moorsel’s real estate journey began at just 20 years old, launching his career with one of Toronto’s premier private condominium developers. In this early chapter, he managed sales for some of the city’s most sought-after new condominium projects, building a foundation of experience in high-volume pre-construction sales and luxury urban real estate.
Eager to grow his career, Colin joined Keller Williams and was named Rookie of the Year in his first year with the brokerage. His momentum continued as he transitioned to one of the top real estate teams in the Greater Toronto Area, specializing in luxury home sales and representing some of the region’s most prestigious properties.
In 2018, Colin made a strategic move closer to his roots, joining Keller Williams in London, Ontario. Recognizing a surge of buyer migration from the GTA and having built strong referral relationships with Toronto agents, he positioned himself on the receiving end of this growing demand. This decision became a turning point — Colin quickly rose to become one of the brokerage’s leading agents, achieving Top Agent under 30 six out of seven consecutive years and ultimately earning the distinction of #1 Individual Agent.
Driven by a desire to build something of his own, Colin returned home to Lambton County and established a brick-and-mortar location for Van Moorsel Realty Group. Under his leadership, the brand has rapidly become one of the most recognizable names in the region, with production doubling in the last 24 months alone. Today, the team is known for its deep expertise in residential resale homes, rural and agricultural properties, vacation and lifestyle real estate, and new construction builder partnerships.
At Van Moorsel Realty Group, Colin’s mission is clear: to modernize the real estate experience through technology, collaborative teamwork, and exceptional client service. His unwavering commitment to innovation, integrity, professionalism and results continues to set a new standard for real estate across Southwestern Ontario.
