Colin took a passionate interest in real estate at a young age, he began studying the property taxation, assessment and appraisal industries before sparking his career in real estate sales at age 20. Starting at one of Toronto’s premier private brokerages, Colin was in charge of new development sales for some of Toronto’s most successful condominium projects. Colin later moved to Keller Williams Realty in 2015 where he earned the ‘Rising Star Award’ for rookie of the year before and joining what would later be the GTA’s #1 real estate team for Keller Williams Canada based on production.

In 2018 along with his wife, Colin made the move ‘back home’ to Komoka, Ontario area after noticing the influx of GTA residents purchasing in the area. Using his experience of selling in the GTA, Colin took the approach of marketing his properties to the GTA where he was able to carve out a niche, and set several price records doing so, earning him Top Producer Under 30 at his firm two years in a row and the number one individual agent based on production in 2019.

Colin is continuously researching new and innovative methods while maintaining focus on the ultimate client experience and continue his mission is to modernize the real estate experience through technology, collaborative teamwork and superior customer service.

Shannan Marion

Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Shannan’s professional journey has taken her through various administrative roles in both private and public sectors. Over the span of 11 years, she proudly stood by her military spouse throughout his service. In 2016, following his retirement, they embarked on a transformative cross-country move, ultimately finding their forever home in Ontario's picturesque Grand Bend.

Real estate has long been Shannan’s passion, serving a diverse clientele including first-time homebuyers, growing families, and savvy investors seeking opportunities in Airbnb or long-term rentals.
